I loved the convenient location of the hotel close to downtown and touristy spots in Waco. The rooms were spotless, but the electronic setup was a bit inconvenient for charging devices. The service was exceptional, especially with accommodating my elderly mother. However, the presence of unruly children at the check-in counter was a minor disturbance.
